Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Customs & Duties

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Scaleira, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer options for changes and returns. Please review our policy below:
Returns

Eligibility: You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable, except in the case of defects or errors on our part.
Return Process

Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide further instructions and a return shipping address.

Shipping the Return: Once your return is authorized, you will be responsible for the shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. Scaleira is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that any original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, follow the same steps as initiating a return. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and send the new item to you. If the exchange item is unavailable, you will be offered a refund or store credit.
Damaged or Defective Items
